What can I say about myself?
I started painting and drawing in kindergarden. In my primary school report cards the teachers already noted: 'ANYM could be far better if he wasn‘t always engrossed in drawing his comics'.
Following primary school, I quickly became interested in graffiti, and started studying the 'art' in my neighbourhood. I was always fascinated that people were aware of the artist’s symbols and synonyms without ever knowing his true identity. I therefore quickly realised that it‘s always the art and creativity that should remain in focus – rather than the artist himself.
It is this logic that led to the pseudonym of 'ANYM'. A play on the word 'anonymous'. The biggest advantage is that people are honest when they don‘t know that the artist himself is standing next to them!
